Experience Management Roles and Permissions
Roles and permissions regulate access to the modules and features in Experience Management. Users are assigned roles based on their job functions, and these roles grant them the required permissions to perform related tasks.
There are 2 types of permissions in Experience Management: global and module permissions. A global permission is an action a user can perform. A module (module) permission grants access to a specific module in Experience Management. Global permissions can be granted to a user or a user group in the System module under Users and Permissions.
As an administrator, you can also manage groups to manage members of your organization that share similar responsibilities as a single entity. With a few clicks, you can assign global and module permissions to a user group or individual users.
In Experience Management, there are 3 default user groups:
• | Administrator |
• | Developer |
• | Editor |
